FLIP BOOKS:
Flip Books are refundable within fourteen (14) days of delivery to the Buyer upon Seller receiving an email request from the Buyer stating the reason for the refund. However, if more However than 20% of the Flip Book has been read, the Flip Book is not refundable. If there is a technical problem involving the e-delivery that cannot be remedied by the Buyer or Seller, Buyer must notify the Seller by email within three (3) days of the delivery of the Flip Book to the Buyer for a total refund.
HARDCOPY BOOKS:
Hardcopy books can be returned to Seller within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a total refund. The book should be in its original condition without showing any signs of wear and tear either on the dust cover, if applicable, or on the hard cover, or in the individual pages of the book itself. All pages must be intact. Seller will process the refund to Buyer within fourteen (14) days after Seller receives the book by mail. Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost.
